I can safely say that we all agree that if we eat healthy food we take all the vitamins and minerals right from the nature. This is good as long as the body doesn’t need more than what it can take from there. What if we need a boost of vitamin C? How many oranges can we eat in one day and for how many days to reach the level needed? Especially the kids that are growing so fast, along with healthy eating most of the times they need more vitamins and minerals. When I was a child, my mum used to give me vitamins twice a year: in the autumn to get me ready for winter and in the spring to refresh my body after the cold weather of the winter. And we used to eat more healthier in the ’70s than now. So, I keep the tradition and give my kids supplements of vitamins and minerals. One in the morning and off we are to school, riding the scooter or the “wiggle-wiggle”. And we do some exercise, too. You can see from the picture how upset the little one is that I keep her away just to take a quick pic of the bottle.
